Wi-Fi 6 is the latest iteration of the Wi-Fi network protocol and is a substantial upgrade over its predecessor. It is not only faster when compared to Wifi 5 but also improves connectivity among connected networks. Security upgrade is also an important feature, especially for IOT (internet of things) networks.
What is the installation process?

We will process your request and have a professional technician to confirm the time for next (business) day installation. Please check with your condo management if you are required to inform them about the installation. The installation process itself should take around 30 - 45 minutes.
How do I upgrade my existing plan?

How long will it take for me to enjoy the new upgrade plan?
It will take around 24 hours to take effect.
When do I start paying for the new upgrade plan?
Your new subscription fee will take effect immediately after the upgrade process is completed. Prorated fee structure will apply. Kindly note that discounts (if any) may be forfeited.
What are the charges incurred for upgrading my existing plan?
No charges apply when you upgrade your existing plan.
However, for contract plans, every upgrade you make will automatically reset a brand new 12 or 24 months contract.
What is your cancellation policy and charges?
Kindly contact our customer service at +6019-408 6865 to arrange for our technician to collect the modem & router and terminate the service. Prorated charges may apply.
The date our technician collects the modem & router will determine the fees on the final invoice. We will prorate the charges based on your package. Surcharges may be applicable in the event you cancel an appointment at the very last moment or if any service request that is beyond the scope of services Origin Wifi provides to our customers.
No Contract Plan - No cancellation fee applies. RM500 deposit fee (paid during registration of the plan) to be returned to you within a month after we collect the modem & router subject to the conditions of the collected devices.
Contract Plan - Should the subscribed service plan be unsatisfactory due to any technical reasons resulting in slow or unstable connection, and if the reported issues remain unsolved within the first 30 days upon reporting to Origin WiFi, cancellation within the first 30 days will then be allowed without any penalty.
After 30 days, you will have to honor the contract and pay the full remaining balance. For example, if you decide to terminate your contract with 8 months remaining, you will need to pay 8 months X monthly fee as per your plan.
